So did these guys lose interest or what?
There has been a ladder in my unit standing in the same spot for a good two weeks.
Wish they would get moving and finish this up.

They lost interest a long time ago.
I am a buyer of one of the units. Do you know anyone who has moved in? I have heard some pretty terrible things about the quality of the workmanship, not to mention their inability to ever meet a deadline.

i live here. but pending possible lawsuits....i am going to keep my mouth (or keyboard if you will) closed for now. overall, i am happy with it. yes, some minor workmanship oversights, but nothing major. my biggest problem is the lack of responsiveness from MED.
I am still considering buying one of these units. I have been looking for a while, procrastinated a lot and have my search narrowed down to 3 or 4 developments. BUT...if there are issues/concerns I would love to hear them. Once thing that concerns me is I thought the parking garage was going to be secured. Is this not the case, or are they just not that far yet?
the parking lot will be secured, they are just not that far yet. as far as issues and concerns. there is nothing major. i have been here for over a month now and i love it. i just wish they would hurry up and complete the rest of the building, but that is today's construction business for you.
