Condos making progress

The Parker Flats condominiums downtown on W. Fourth Street are gaining altitude this summer following a work stoppage last year around this time.
The project is being built by Middle Earth Developers, which has completed several condo-rehab projects in Cincinnati.
It also recently acquired the former Enquirer building on Vine Street for that same purpose.
Parker Flats will contain 55 units, of which 36 are sold, and below-ground parking.
The remaining units are listed for between $280,000 and $380,000.
Buyers are scheduled to begin moving into the building in January.
