Parker Flats, because bigger isn't better. Better is better.

The first picture is from the Central Ave side and the next two are the second floor balconies from McFarland. Man these are going to be incredible.
I can kind of see the width of the '08s from where the hole is for the stairs but it doesn't translate to a picture at all.
