Parker Flats: In the news

There have been two recent story's about the projected demand for downtown condos over the next year or so. One in the Biz Journal and one in the Enquirer. While most of the country has seem a huge boom in downtown living Cincinnati has lagged a couple years behind the curve. It sounds like we're going to catchup big time. I know I'm preaching to the choir but this is the place to be anyhow, we'll be here all hip and urban while everyone else is outside looking in. I just can't get over the amount of "cool" project going on. I think I'm going to try and network with some of the residents from these other projects and have cross condo party's so we can check each others digs out.
My favorite quote in the story;
"If we lived in the suburbs, we'd be bored out of our minds. We have so many things at our fingertips," Amber Weeks, a future McAlpin resident said, "I'm overwhelmed by the choices."

Its gotten deeper again since last Wednesday.
