I totaly missed this story in the Cincinnati Business Courier . A group of businessmen lead by Josh Heuser want to create a unique district similar to Louisville's Fourth Street Live or Columbus's Arena District, but with its own flavor. "This can be the young, energetic, YP block for Cincinnati."
This is really exciting news for me because one of the drawbacks my wife and I discussed about Parker Flats was the walk to bars and restaurants, if you want to call two or three extra blocks a long walk.
It sounds like these guys are doing everything right and going in big, plus they are all experienced in the business.
