Parker Flats battles problems

Did you see the story in yesterdays Enquirer?
It talked about the many setbacks the project has had. It also said work is expected to resume soon. The one thing I was disapointed about is there were no quotes from a city employee or council person. It would be interesting to see their point of view on this whole thing. If construction does resume, of course you'll see it here first. Or at least read about it.
